Why We Built This Site
Georgia generally permits public access to court dockets, but access begins with the office that holds the record. Cheryl “Mandy” Harrison, Clerk of Superior Court, serves Superior, State, and Juvenile Court in McIntosh County. Probate, Magistrate, and Darien Municipal Court follow separate routes. re:SearchGA provides an electronic layer for participating courts, yet it does not replace the clerk for older files, certified copies, or restricted material. The site brings those distinctions, contacts, and request paths together.
What You Will Find Here

- Case lookups: how official systems accept a party name or case number

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, with no affiliation to a Georgia court, clerk, or public agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk or court holding a case can issue its official or certified record. For Superior Court of McIntosh County records, contact the clerk at 310 North Way in Darien or 912-437-6641.
Search Partners
Outside providers power some search boxes. They operate their own services, set their own prices, and control their results. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports site operation. The provider’s terms and privacy practices govern any search submitted to it.
